There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in IBL.

The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Jakarta: Satria Muda (#1) and NSH GMC (#8). NSH GMC was smashed at home by 24 points 57-81 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Satria Muda held NSH GMC to an opponent 25.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 39.7 percent accuracy of the winners. Satria Muda forced 20 NSH GMC turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a good game for American guard Tyreek Jewell (185-93, college: St.Francis, NY) who led his team to a victory with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Mohammad Rizal (195-93) contributed with 13 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Satria Muda's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American power forward Nate Barfield (206-88, college: Langston) replied with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 17 rebounds for NSH GMC. Satria Muda maintains first position with 11-1 record. NSH GMC lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with nine games lost. Satria Muda are looking forward to face JNE BSC (#9) in Bandung in the next round and are hoping to win another game. NSH GMC will have a break next round.
Another interesting game was again a derby between two teams from Bandung: Garuda (#6) and JNE BSC (#9). JNE BSC was smashed at home by 21 points 54-75 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. American center Chris Ware (203-89, college: Indiana Tech) had a double-double by scoring 27 points, 12 rebounds and 7 blocks to lead the charge for the winners and Wendha Wijaya chipped in 9 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was American point guard Raheem Singleton (182-89, college: Maine) with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Garuda maintains sixth position with 7-6 record. JNE BSC at the other side keeps the ninth place with nine games lost. Garuda's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Bandung .

In the last two games of round 18 bottom-ranked Satya Wacana was beaten by Pacific Caesar on the road 85-71. Bima Perkasa lost to Aspac on its own court 60-78.

JNE BSC - Garuda 54-75

Another interesting game was again a derby between two teams from Bandung: Garuda (#6) and JNE BSC (#9). JNE BSC was smashed at home by 21 points 54-75 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. It looked good early as JNE BSC took a 1-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Garuda had a 20-14 second period charge getting the lead and JNE BSC was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 54-75. Garuda dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to JNE BSC's 30. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Garuda brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. American center Chris Ware (203-89, college: Indiana Tech) had a double-double by scoring 27 points, 12 rebounds and 7 blocks to lead the charge for the winners and the former international point guard Wendha Wijaya (181-82) chipped in 9 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was American point guard Raheem Singleton (182-89, college: Maine) with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and his fellow American import forward Chris Brand (208-90, college: Lincoln, PA) scored 18 points and 7 rebounds.
