What a coincidence that all visitors won their games.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of CLS Knights (2-1) in Surabaya on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by Satria Muda (2-0) 66-54. Satria Muda forced 24 CLS Knights turnovers. Americans were the main players on the court. It was a great evening for forward Carlos Smith (206-90, college: Bowie St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds. Guard Tyreek Jewell (185-93, college: St.Francis, NY) helped adding 17 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was forward Dechriston McKinney (203-92, college: Arkansas Tech) with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 18 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
Important game to mention about took place in Bandung. Hang Tuah (1-1) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging Garuda (1-1) 94-91 in the game for the fourth place. It was an exceptional evening for American guard JaJuan Smith (188-85, college: Tennessee) who led the winners and scored 42 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds. Andre Smith (208-C, college: William Jessup) accounted for 24 points and 11 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Diftha Pratama (186-89) came up with 24 points for Garuda in the defeat.
Very important is the loss of Pacific Caesar (2-1) against Pelita Jaya (1-1) on Sunday night. Pacific Caesar was defeated by Pelita Jaya in Surabaya 78-62. The best player for the winners was Kore White who had a double-double by scoring 23 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was David Seagers who recorded 21 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.

In the last game of round 3 Bima Perkasa won against JNE BSC on the opponent's court 85-73.

JNE BSC - Bima Perkasa 73-85

JNE BSC was defeated by the opponent from Sakti 85-73 on Sunday night. The game was mostly controlled by Bima Perkasa. JNE BSC managed to win fourth quarter 32-27. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Bima Perkasa forced 19 JNE BSC turnovers. Strangely JNE BSC outrebounded Bima Perkasa 48-36 including 38 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was American point guard Tyrell Corbin (184-92, college: CSU Bakersfield) who scored 33 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 4 assists. His fellow American import forward Jamine Peterson (201-88, college: Providence) chipped in a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Chris Brand (208-90, college: Lincoln, PA) who recorded a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds and Fredy Fredy (185-93) added 15 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Four JNE BSC players scored in double figures. JNE BSC's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.

The game was mostly controlled by Pelita Jaya. Pacific Caesar managed to win second period 14-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Pacific Caesar 49-36 including 37 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was American-Jamaican forward Kore White (205-89, college: S.Florida) who had a double-double by scoring 23 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Daniel Wenas (188-92) chipped in 9 points and 9 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard David Seagers (188-88, college: Dowling) who recorded 21 points and 8 rebounds and Canadian forward Kevin Loiselle (198-88) added 12 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.

Garuda - Hang Tuah 91-94

Important game to mention about took place in Bandung. Hang Tuah (1-1) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging Garuda (1-1) 94-91 in the game for the fourth place. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Garuda won third quarter 27-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hang Tuah shot the lights out from three nailing 14 long-distance shots on high 53.8 percentage. It was an exceptional evening for American guard JaJuan Smith (188-85, college: Tennessee) who led the winners and scored 42 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds. His fellow American import Andre Smith accounted for 24 points and 11 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) for the winning side. Aspac - Pacific Caesar 96-73 Aspac coastd past Pacific Caesar to take 1-0 lead in the series. It looked good early as Pacific Caesar took a 6-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Aspac had a 39-24 second period charge getting the lead and Pacific Caesar was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 73-96.
