Indonesia registered the second straight win at the U18 SEABA Championship. They overcame hosting Singapore for 2-0 record. Juan Kokodiputro (193-C-95) stepped up with 17 points and 14 rebounds to lead the charge. The teams were tied at 11 after ten minutes of action. Singapore pulled ahead in the second quarter. They recorded a 26:20 halftime lead. But Indonesia turned things around in the third quarter. They surged in front for a narrow 37:35 lead at the final break. Indonesia limited the home team to 8 points in the fourth period and sealed the victory at the end. Jan Panagan produced 12 points for Indonesia. Chiang Kok (199-C-95) answered with 16 points for Singapore. Junrong Thng had 11 points in the loss.

The Indonesia Warriors claimed the opening win in the ASEAN League semifinal series versus KL Dragons. Stanley Pringle (184-PG-87, college: Penn St.) notched 21 points to lead the winners.

The Indonesia Warriors claimed the opening win in the ASEAN League semifinal series versus KL Dragons. Stanley Pringle (184-PG-87, college: Penn St.) notched 21 points to lead the winners. The Warriors dominated on the defensive end in the opening quarter. The hosts held their opponents to 10 points to take a 6-point lead. The Warriors stepped on the gas in the second term. The hosts accumulated a 38:24 halftime lead. The home side maintained the lead throughout the third term. Moreover the Warriors piled up a convincing 23-point lead at the final intermission. KL Dragons however refused to surrender and went on a 24:10 run in the fourth frame. The Warriors held on to the lead and sealed the win at the end. John Smith (188-G-86, college: Hawaii-Hilo) netted 17 points, while Mario Wuysang (176-PG-79) added 14 points in the victory.
