Patrick Sullivan (ex Gunma) joins Hong Kong Eastern Long Lions - Nov 18, 2016

Hong Kong Eastern Long Lions (D1) agreed terms with 28-year old American power forward Patrick Sullivan (206-88, college: SE Louisiana, agency: HMS). He played most recently at Gunma Crane Thunders in Japanese B League D2, but left the team in Dec.'15. In 24 games he had 13.6ppg, 6.5rpg, 2.3apg and 1.5spg last season.
The previous (14-15) season Sullivan played at Niigata Albirex (BJ League) in Japan where in 55 games he recorded 13.2ppg, 7.4rpg, 2.8apg and 1.4spg.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2012.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Sullivan's team made it to the D-League Semifinals in 2013. He was also voted Gatorade All-D-League Honorable Mention back in 2011.
Sullivan's career allowed him to visit three different continents. He tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia and of course North America. Sullivan has played previously professionally in Israel (Hapoel Holon), NBA (Houston Rockets) and D-League (Austin Spurs and Rio Grande Valley Vipers).
He attended Southeastern Louisiana University until 2010 and it will be his seventh season as a professional player.

South China celebrate the Play-offs title - 19 days ago
South China celebrated the Play-offs title beating Winling tonight. They closed the series with a 95-72 win. Trailing 17-20 at the end of the first period, South China needed a massive 26-16 surge to take a 7-point lead at the halftime. Moreover they won the third period 19-16 and managed to finish with a final 33-20 burst. Earlier South China beat Winling 84-70 on July 25th.   [read more]

South China and Winling won 2017 openers - 3 months ago
South China and Winling won 2017 openers in Hong Kong League. South China edged Nam Ching 104-78 with a 32-15 surge in the first period. They managed to win also the second frame and closed the game with a final 26-12 lead. Winling meanwhile posted a 97-57 victory against HKPA. Winling dominated the whole game and rightfully clinched the win in the opener.   [read more]
