Chinese Taipei continued with great performance on U16 FIBA Asia Championship. After victory in Day 1 against Singapore, Chinese Taipei had an easy job once again beating Hong Kong with huge 34-106. That means that the winners jumped to 2-0 in Group A, while Hong Kong fell to 0-2. Yu-Ting Lin top-scored in victory with 18 points. Wei-Lin Wang had 17 and Chi-Fang Chang netted one point less. In defeat, Sum Yee Wu delivered 12 pts. Chinese Taipei dominated in this game from the tip off. After 10 minutes of play it was already clear that Yu-Ting Lin and her teams will register another easy win in Pune. After first quarter the score was 7-23. Until the half time Chinese Taipei drained 34 more pointes, limiting Hong Kong on 9. And nothing has changed after that. Chinese Taipei dominated in all basketball elements until the final buzzer, where the score stood at 34-106. In Day 3, Chinese Taipei will meet India. Hong Kong will take on Singapore and will try to register the first win on this event. Singapore also has 0-2 so far.
