FINAL Iran - Taiwan 89-79 Iran defeated their FIBA Asia Cup title. They overcame Taiwan to repeat as the champions in Wuhan. Hamed Haddadi (218-C-85) stepped up with 21 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Iran recorded a 26:21 lead after ten minutes of action. Taiwan bounced back in the second frame.
