Kiefer Ravena (181-G/F-93) and naturalized player prospect Isaiah Austin (216-C-93, college: Baylor) led the fight back of Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas to edge BC Astana, 73-65, in their opening games in the current FIBA Asia Champions Cup at the Chenzhou Sports Center in China last September 22 (Manila time). Former National Basketball Association (NBA) prospect Isaiah Austin is being considered by Gilas Pilipinas (Philippine National Team) as its next naturalized player. Austin, played college ball at Baylor, will be brought as an import for Gilas to boost the squad in its campaign in the upcoming FIBA-Asia Champions Cup which will be held at Chenzhou, China from September 22-30, 2017.
