McDonald is back at Jiangsu Dragons, ex Humacao - Jan 4, 2017

Jiangsu Nangang Dragons Nanjing (CBA) agreed terms with experienced 38-year old American center Will McDonald (211-116kg-79, college: S.Florida). It is actually his comeback to Jiangsu Dragons as he has played here before. McDonald played last summer at Caciques de Humacao in Puerto Rican BSN league. He managed to play in three leagues in three countries last year. In 5 BSN games he had 11.4ppg and 5.0rpg. The last season McDonald played at Azad (Superleague) in Iran where in four games he recorded 11.5ppg, 7.3rpg and 1.0spg. McDonald also played that season for Jiangsu Dragons. In three CBA games he averaged impressive 22.7ppg, 8.7rpg and 2.7apg. McDonald also spent pre-season at Jiangsu Tongxi that year.
In 2003 he was drafted by Dodge City Legend (USBL) in fifth round (46th overall).
The former University of South Florida staris in his 14th (!!!) season in pro basketball.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others McDonald's team won Spanish ACB Regular Season in 2009. He was also voted Asia-Basket.com All-Chinese CBA Center of the Year back in 2012.
McDonald is quite experienced player. His career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in five different countries. McDonald tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in France (Chalon/Saor), Philippines (SM Beermen), Spain (Joventut, Baskonia, Movil Estudiantes and Gran Canaria) and China (Fujian).
It's very possible he may end his playing career at Jiangsu Dragons.

Guangxi Rhinos (NBL) added to their roster 25-year old Canadian center Sim Bhullar (226-129kg-92, college: New Mexico State). He is a dual citizen owning also Indian passport.
