Arras Pays dArtois Basket Feminin (LFB) inked 22-year old American center Sasha Goodlett (195-90, college: Georgia Tech). She played recently at Heilongjiang in Chinese WCBA. The current season Goodlett started at Heilongjiang Chenneng (WCBA). In 6 games this season she recorded 13.8ppg, 10.7rpg and 1.2spg. The last season she played at Georgia Tech in Atlantic Coast Conference in the NCAA. In 35 games last year she averaged 14.5ppg, 7.7rpg, 1.1apg, 1.2spg and 1.4bpg. A very good season in her career as she was voted to ACC All-Tournament 1st Team and All-ACC 2nd Team.
This summer she was drafted by Indiana Fever (WNBA) in first round (11th overall).
The former Georgia Tech standout is in her first season in pro basketball.

The Minnesota Lynx today announced the team has signed Ting Shao (6'0''-F-89). Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. Shao, a 6'0" forward from China, has played the past four seasons in the Women's Chinese Basketball Association for Beijing, including the last two alongside Lynx center Sylvia Fowles(6'6''-C-85, college: LSU). Beijing - Bayi 96-77 Beijing repeated as WCBA champions. They beat Bayi tonight to complete the sweep of the title series. The game was mostly controlled by Beijing Great Wall. Bayi Kylin managed to win fourth quarter 25-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
