Hudson Lester (191-G-84, college: Tenn-Martin) joins DongGuan for 2012/2013 season. The player left Partizan and will move to China.
Earlier BC Partizan MT:S Beograd agreed terms with 28-year old American guard Hudson Lester. He played most recently at Memphis Grizzlies (NBA) in the U.S. While playing 3 games for the team from Memphis last season Hudson averaged 3.0ppg.
Hudson Lester is not new to China. He played in Chinese CBA for 2 seasons. Hudson helped Guandong Southern Tigers to win Chinese CBA in 2011. He was voted Asia-Basket.com All-Chinese CBA 2nd Team twice, in 2011 and in 2012. He was also selected to play in CBA All-Star Game last year.
Hudson graduated University of Tennessee at Martin in 2009 and it will be his fourth season in pro basketball.

Maciej Lampe (ex Besiktas) joins DongGuan Leopards - 1 day ago

DongGuan New Century Leopards (CBA) agreed terms with 31-year old Polish international power forward Maciej Lampe (211-122kg-85). He is a dual citizen owning also Swedish passport. Lampe played last season at Besiktas in Turkish BSL league. In 25 games he had 12.9ppg, 7.0rpg and 1.2apg. Quite impressive season as he was named to Turkish League All-Star Game.
