In the 2nd Quarter, the warmed up Patiots managed to narrow the gap and dominated the 2nd quarter. The Patriots managed to score a good 19 points in the 2nd half with the Barracudas only collecting 12 points. Despite Bruneis defeat game to the KL Dragons last weekend, the Brunei Barracudas played really well and managed to maintain the lead and ended the 2nd quarter at 28-21

The defending champions had no way of responding to the Brunei Barracudas and the 3rd Quarter ended at 51-36.

The Brunei Barracudas made sure they defended well so that the Patriots could not get close to the basket. The Patriots found it hard getting into the D as the Brunei led the game ending it at a huge gap of 71-56. This is the first loss for the Patriots as the have won all of their first 4 games.

Ramsey Williams contributed 23 points and Chris Commons contributed 20 points to their teams success. Egay Billones (175-G-75) (175-G-75) contributed 19 points while Donald Little (211-C-78, college: Cincinnati) only managed a poor 11 points in the game.
