Regular Season Round 3: Saga B. - Bambitious N. 87-63

No shocking result in a game when Saga B. (3-1) smashed at home Bambitious N. (1-3) 87-63 on Sunday. Saga B. looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. It was a great evening for Cuban guard Reynaldo Garcia (187-1990) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 assists. Canadian forward Mikyle McIntosh (201-1994, college: Oregon) helped adding 21 points. The best for the losing side was Senegalese center Cheikh Mbodj (208-1987, college: Cincinnati, agency: Octagon Europe) with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds and American-Portuguese Jeremiah Wilson (205-1988, college: Tarleton St.) scored 11 points and 9 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Saga B. will meet at home Koshigaya A. in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bambitious N. will play against Ehime OV (#1) in Matsuyama and hope to win that game.
