Bambitious N. defeated Fukuoka R. in Nara 78-72. Bambitious N. made 24-of-31 charity shots (77.4 percent) during the game, while Fukuoka R. only scored seven points from the stripe. American-Portuguese Jeremiah Wilson (205-1988, college: Tarleton St.) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 16 rebounds for the winners and the former international forward Naoki Uto (188-1991) chipped in 16 points and 7 assists. At the losing side American point guard Marvelle Harris (196-1993, college: Fresno St., agency: Slash Sports) responded with 29 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import forward Jordan Glynn (200-1989, college: SF Austin) scored 13 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Fukuoka R. will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest in order to get back on the winning path. Bambitious N. will try to continue on its current victory against Fukuoka R. at home.
