No shocking result in a game in Nha Trang where third ranked Dolphins (7-5) defeated 7th ranked Catfish (4-8) 84-72 on Saturday. Dolphins forced 19 Catfish turnovers and outrebounded them 48-35 including a 37-23 advantage in defensive rebounds. American point guard CJ Jackson (185-1996, college: Ohio St., agency: Blacktop Management) scored 28 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import forward Flenard Whitfield (201-1990, college: W.Michigan) chipped in 24 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American center DeAngelo Hamilton (203-1990, college: WSU) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists and the former international point guard Sang Dinh Thanh (185-1994) scored 18 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dolphins moved-up to second place, which they share with Buffaloes. Loser Catfish dropped to the sixth position with eight games lost. They share it with Dragons.
