Regular Season Round 4: City Wings - Dragons 80-61

Leader Wings delivered the fourth victory. This time they crushed bottom-ranked Dragons (0-5) 80-61 in Ho Chi Minh. Wings forced 20 Dragons turnovers. The game was also dominated by American players. Worth to mention a great performance of forward DeSean Parsons (201-1995, college: Portland St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists. Point guard Devon Thomas (183-1994, college: Texas Tech) contributed with 29 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Wings players scored in double figures. Point guard Ed Horton (186-1985, college: Murray St.) replied with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and center Kenneth Simms (206-1986, college: Cumberland, agency: Interperformances) added 15 points and 12 rebounds in the effort for Dragons. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Wings maintains first position with 4-1 record, which they share with Heat. Dragons at the other side still closes the standings with five games lost. Wings will again play against bottom-ranked Dragons (#7) in Danang in the next round where they are favorite. Dragons will have a break next round.
