Regular Season Round 2: Dunkin' Raptors - Shoot it Dragon 90-77

An exciting game was played in . Dunkin' Raptors faced Shoot it Dragon. Host Dunkin' Raptors defeated guests from 90-77. Dunkin' Raptors dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Shoot it Dragon's 30. Strangely Shoot it Dragon outrebounded Dunkin' Raptors 63-49 including 26 on the offensive glass. They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. American point guard Avery Scharer (185-1986, college: Shoreline CC) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 37 points (!!!), 14 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international Toby Sathitsumpan (182-2001) contributed with 27 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Scharer is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. The former international point guard Frederick Jones-Goldstein (178-1988, college: USA) replied with a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!), 14 rebounds and 9 assists and power forward Pawit Chokamnuai added 12 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Shoot it Dragon. Shoot it Dragon's coach Boonchai Rittiphanyawong rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Dunkin' Raptors will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Shoot it Dragon will play against Thunders and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
