Leader Aquas delivered the twenty first victory. This time they crushed 6th ranked GhostHawks (5-21) 100-81 in Tainan. Aquas made 19-of-24 charity shots (79.2 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 33 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by GhostHawks' players. American-Filipino guard Jason Brickman (183-1991, college: LIU Brooklyn, agency: Interperformances) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 6 rebounds and 13 assists. Lithuanian center Mindaugas Kupsas (216-1991, agency: BIG) contributed with 23 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four Aquas players scored in double figures. Costa Rican-Belizean Charles Garcia (208-1988, college: Seattle) answered with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists and the former international power forward Will Artino (211-1992, college: Creighton) added 19 points, 18 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for GhostHawks. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Aquas (21-6) have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place. GhostHawks at the other side stay dead last with 21 lost games. Aquas will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. GhostHawks will play at home against N.Taipei CTBC (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
