Second Stage Round 6: Al Ahli - Al Jubaiha 82-76

An interesting game for Al Ahli (11-5) which hosted in Amman one of their biggest challengers Al Jubaiha (4-12). Third ranked Al Ahli managed to get a 6-point victory 82-76. Al Ahli players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. The former international guard Mousa Alawadi (188-1985) scored 22 points to lead the charge for the winners and the former international forward Ahmad Obeid (200-1990) chipped in 11 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was American power forward Gregoryshon Magee (211-1990, college: USA) with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 17 rebounds and the former international swingman Nader Suleiman (187-1992) scored 13 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Al Jubaiha's coach Yousef Abu Baker rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Defending champion maintains third position with 11-5 record behind leader Al Wihdat. Al Jubaiha at the other side keeps the fourth place with 12 games lost.
