Very expected game in Denpasar where 7th ranked Bali Utd. (7-12) was defeated by second ranked Prawira (15-3) 64-48 on Thursday. American center Taj Spencer (200-1993, college: CBU) fired a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. The former international point guard Abraham Grahita (180-1995) chipped in 13 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Prawira players scored in double figures. American guard Kendal Yancy (191-1994, college: Texas) produced 15 points and 8 rebounds and his fellow American import William Green (196-1991, college: Stetson) added 8 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Prawira have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Satria Muda. Bali Utd. lost ninth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with 12 games lost. Prawira will meet at home Dewa United (#4) in the next round. Bali Utd. will play against NSH in Jakarta and hope to secure a win.
