There was a minor upset when 5th ranked Indonesia P. (4-10) was defeated on the road by eighth ranked Tangerang (3-12) 52-43 on Monday. Tangerang forced 19 Indonesia P. turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of American Richard Ross (198-1992, college: ODU) who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 6 rebounds and Danny Ray (181-1997) who added 11 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was Dame Diagne (197) with 10 points and 9 rebounds and the former international Ali Alhadar (193-2000) scored 9 points and 5 rebounds. Indonesia P.'s coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Tangerang moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Bima Perkasa. Loser Indonesia P. keeps the fifth position with ten games lost. They share it with Satya Wacana. Tangerang will meet league's leader Satria Muda in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Indonesia P.'s supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Jakarta to the arena WBS.
