Very expected game when 15th ranked Kanazawa (1-34) lost to eighth ranked Saitama (20-13) in Ishikawa 86-91 on Saturday. Saitama made 31-of-40 free shots (77.5 percent) during the game, while Kanazawa only scored six points from the stripe. They outrebounded Kanazawa 54-24 including a 23-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. 33 personal fouls committed by Kanazawa helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
