Semi-Finals Game 2: Al Ahli - Al Gharafa 81-90

Al Gharafa outscored Al Ahli to secure the Finals berth. Al Gharafa players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Al Ahli was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. American guard Aaron Mitchell (188-1989, college: Longwood) orchestrated the victory by scoring 42 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 6 assists. The other American import center Tyler Harris (208-1993, college: Auburn, agency: Interperformances) contributed with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Harris is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American forward Antwaine Wiggins (203-1988, college: Charleston, agency: BIG) replied with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds and center Mohamed Abbasher Zaidan added 17 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Al Ahli. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Al Ahli's coach Panagiotis Foteinakis tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
