Regular Season Round 8: Tangerang - Pacific Caesar 73-87

There was no surprise when 8th ranked Tangerang (2-10) was defeated at home by second ranked Pacific Caesar (6-6) 87-73 on Monday. Pacific Caesar outrebounded Tangerang 48-28 including 19 on the offensive glass. The best player for the winners was American Tyron Criswell (193, college: Nevada) who scored 16 points and 8 rebounds. The other American import Akeem Ellis (196-1990, college: Coppin St., agency: BIG) chipped in 11 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Pacific Caesar players scored in double figures. Danny Ray (181-1997) produced 20 points and American Richard Ross (198-1992, college: ODU) added 10 points and 11 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Pacific Caesar have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 6-6 record behind leader NSH. Tangerang lost tenth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with ten games lost. Pacific Caesar will meet at home Bumi Borneo (#5) in the next round. Tangerang will play against Bumi Borneo and hope to secure a win.
