Al Ittihad looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was Tunisian point guard Omar Abada (189-93) who had a double-double by scoring 29 points, 5 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals. Nigerian-American power forward Maxie Esho (206-91, college: UMass) chipped in a double-double by scoring 26 points and 16 rebounds. American-Armenian center Todd OBrien (211-89, college: UAB) produced a double-double by scoring 24 points, 21 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks and center Hammam Hussain added 14 points respectively for the guests. Al Ittihad maintains third position with 16-4 record having just three points less than leader Al Hilal. Al Ansar at the other side keeps the seventh place with 11 games lost.
