Rather expected game when 3rd ranked Naft Abadan (4-12) was defeated at home by first ranked Zob Ahan (14-2) 83-75 on Wednesday. The former international Arman Zangeneh (202-93, agency: BIG) fired a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. The former international M Reza Akbari (196-86) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international Reza Ranjbar produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds and the former international guard Ehsan Dalirzahan (186-0) added 18 points and 5 assists respectively for lost side. Five Zob Ahan and four Naft Abadan players scored in double figures. Naft Abadan's coach Ali Towfigh let to play eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
