No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Al Ansar (8-8) beat 11th ranked Duba Club (2-14) in Tabuk 82-72 on Monday. Al Ansar dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Duba Club's 38. The winners were led by American-Armenian center Todd OBrien (211-89, college: UAB) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds and Maher Hawsawi (-89) supported him with 25 points. Even a double-double of 26 points and 15 rebounds by American center Jarred Shaw (208-90, college: Utah St.) did not help to save the game for Duba Club. Abdullah Aljohani added 16 points and 5 assists for lost side. Al Ansar moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Al Fateh. Duba Club lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the tenth position with 14 games lost. They share it with Al Nahda. Al Ansar's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Medina Ohod.
