Regular Season Round 11: Al Riyadi - Atlas 115-53

Fifth ranked Al Riyadi (6-2) crushed at home 8th ranked Atlas (2-7) by 62 points 115-53, which is the biggest margin this round. Al Riyadi dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Atlas' 30 and made 19-of-20 charity shots (95.0 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Atlas 51-32 including a 33-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Al Riyadi players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Atlas' players. They brought some defensive toughness making 9 blocks. It was a quality performance for the former international guard Amir Saoud (186-91) who led the winners and scored 44 points (!!!), 9 rebounds and 8 assists.
