Regular Season Round 13: Aomori W. - FE Nagoya 49-82

No shocking result in a game when first ranked FE Nagoya (11-2) crushed on the road 6th ranked Aomori W. (1-12) 82-49 on Sunday. They outrebounded Aomori W. 42-25 including a 32-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. FE Nagoya looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Aomori W.'s players. American forward Scootie Randall (198-90, college: Temple) nailed a double-double by scoring 12 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side and his fellow American import forward Jeremy Jones (201-96, college: Gonzaga) accounted for 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 blocks. Guard Hayate Komasawa (188-98) came up with 17 points and guard Daichi Shimoyama (181-89) added 9 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Aomori W. in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. FE Nagoya maintains first place with 11-2 record, which they share with Kagawa FA. Aomori W. lost their seventh game in a row. They keep the sixth position with 12 games lost.
