Regular Season Round 9: Goyang Orions - DB Promy 93-85

Not a big story in a game when 7th ranked DB Promy (5-6) lost to third ranked Goyang Orions (8-4) in Daegu 85-93 on Sunday. Goyang Orions shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 58.3 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. International center Seung-Hyun Lee (201-92) nailed 19 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side and Serbian center Miroslav Raduljica (213-88) accounted for 24 points and 6 rebounds. International center Jongkyu Kim (207-91) came up with 21 points and 7 rebounds and American forward Lennard Freeman (203-95, college: NC State) added 12 points and 12 rebounds respectively for DB Promy in the defeat. Four DB Promy players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Goyang Orions moved-up to second place, which they share with KT Sonicboom. DB Promy lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with six games lost. Goyang Orions will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. DB Promy will play against the league's second-placed KT Sonicboom (#2) and hope to secure a win.
