Chemidor finished third in Superleague as they topped Naft Abadan in the consolation final. Chemidor players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. The former international Arsalan Kazemi (200-90, college: Oregon, agency: BIG) nailed a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 22 rebounds for the winning side and Bulgarian-American point guard Earl Rowland (189-83, college: St.Mary's, CA) accounted for 25 points and 12 assists. The former international swingman Saeid Davarpanah (190-87, agency: Interperformances) came up with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and the former international center Salar Monji (203-97, agency: BIG) added 15 points and 11 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) respectively for Naft Abadan in the defeat. Five Naft Abadan players scored in double figures.
