Regular Season Round 18: Jutai Techn. - Taiwan Beer 91-65

The most crucial game of the last round was another loss of top-ranked Taiwan Beer (27-5) against fourth ranked Jutai Techn. on Saturday night. Jutai Techn. were rolled over by Jutai Techn. 91-65. American swingman Jordan Caroline (201-96, college: Nevada) had a double-double by scoring 40 points (!!!) and 22 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international forward Yi-Chin Su (195-93) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was center Bo-Zang Su (200-89) with 9 points and 11 rebounds and the former international forward Tsung-Han Huang (193-94) scored 11 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Jutai Techn. maintains fourth position with 10-22 record. Taiwan Beer lost fourth consecutive game. Defending champion still keeps top place with five games lost. Jutai Techn. are looking forward to face higher ranked Bank of Taiwan (#3) in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Taiwan Beer will play against Bank of Taiwan and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
