Very predictable result when second ranked Okayama (17-5) smashed on the road 9th ranked Tokyo HT (4-14) 93-72 on Saturday. Okayama forced 19 Tokyo HT turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Chris Washburn (203-93, college: TCU) who scored 16 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Kouki Wakasa (185-97) chipped in 24 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). At the other side the best for losing team was American power forward Jalen Robinson (206-93, college: Dalton St.) who recorded a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds and Masaya Ueda (177-93) added 14 points, 5 assists and 4 steals respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Okayama have an impressive 12-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader. Tokyo HT lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with 14 games lost.
