Regular Season Round 12: Taiwan Beer - Jutai Techn. 74-66

Very significant was Taiwan Beer's (#1, 22-1) victory against 4th ranked Jutai Techn. (6-16) 74-66. The winners were led by American forward JD Miller (203-96, college: TCU) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 20 points, 18 rebounds and 4 blocks and the former international point guard Yu-An Chang (174-91) supported him with 10 points and 4 assists. Even a double-double of 23 points and 18 rebounds by American swingman Jordan Caroline (201-96, college: Nevada) did not help to save the game for Jutai Techn.. The former international guard Huan-Ya Yu (183-93) added 18 points. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending champion maintains first position with 22-1 record. Jutai Techn. lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with 16 games lost. Taiwan Beer will play against league's second-placed Yulon Luxgen in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Jutai Techn. will play against Pauian and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
