Regular Season Round 14: Pilots - Dreamers 90-98

An exciting game was when Third ranked Dreamers faced second-ranked Pilots. Dreamers (8-7) defeated Pilots (9-7) 98-90. Dreamers forced 22 Pilots turnovers. The former international point guard Chun-Chi Lin (180-98) scored 39 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Jerran Young (198-91, college: Wright St.) chipped in 20 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals during the contest. Trinidad and Tobago forward Kadeem Jack (206-92, college: Rutgers) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 18 rebounds and 4 assists and Chin-Yao Yao (187-90) scored 16 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Pilots' coach I-Feng Yang tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Dreamers have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 8-7 record having just three points less than leader Fubon Braves. Loser Pilots keep the second place with seven games lost. Dreamers will meet league's leader Fubon Braves in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Pilots will have a break next round.
