Regular Season Round 22: Gorgan - Raad 102-68

Superleague top team - Gorgan (13-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventh ranked Raad (1-12) 102-68. Gorgan dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Raad's 22. They outrebounded Raad 39-26 including 27 on the defensive glass. It was a great shooting night for Gorgan especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 56.3 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Ashkan Jafari fired 25 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Forward Yasin Kolahsangiani (200-92) chipped in 20 points and 5 rebounds. Four Gorgan players scored in double figures. Saleh Moradian produced 17 points and forward Mohammadamin Kamalvand (196-98) added 16 points and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Gorgan have an impressive 13-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 13-0 record. Raad lost seventh consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth place with 12 games lost.
