A very close game took place in Jeddah between Al Ittihad and Al Ahly. Ninth ranked Al Ittihad (3-3) got a very close victory on the road over 4th placed Al Ahly (3-4). Al Ittihad managed to escape with a 3-point win 63-60 in the game for the sixth place. Al Ittihad moved-up to sixth place. Al Ahly at the other side dropped to the seventh position with four games lost. They share it with Al Ansar. Al Ittihad will meet at home bottom-ranked Al Nahda (#10) in the next round. Al Ahly will play against the league's second-placed Al Hilal in Riyadh and hope to secure a win.
