Quarter-Finals Round 1: Anhui W. - Foshan 129-83

Anhui W beat Foshan to enter the semifinal round. Anhui W. dominated down low during the game scoring 76 of its points in the paint compared to Foshan's 42 and made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Foshan 48-20 including a 35-11 advantage in defensive rebounds. Anhui W. shot the lights out from three nailing 12 long-distance shots on high 54.5 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 39 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Foshan's players. Forward Xiangbo Li (203-99) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds for the winners and guard Yue Yang (195-93) chipped in 21 points and 7 assists. Four Anhui W. players scored in double figures. Anhui W.'s coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side forward Zihao Liu (198-93) responded with 28 points and guard Tang Zihao (191-96) scored 17 points and 4 assists.
