Bottom-ranked Niroo Zamini (0-6) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their sixth consecutive match to third ranked Zob Ahan (4-2) 81-65. Zob Ahan dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Niroo Zamini's 22. They outrebounded Niroo Zamini 38-20 including a 16-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Zob Ahan players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was an exceptional evening for the former international point guard Sajjad Mashayekhi (180-94) who led the winners and scored 21 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals. Guard Pouya Yakhchali (-96) came up with 22 points and Shahriyar Gholinezhad added 16 points respectively for Niroo Zamini in the defeat. Zob Ahan maintains third place with 4-2 record having just two points less than leader Chemidor, which they share with Qazvin. Niroo Zamini lost their sixth game in a row. They still close the standings with six games lost. They share the position with Ayandeh Sazan and Khouzestan.
