Premier League is at the halfway of the Second Stage and there are still another 4 rounds left. Coincidentally all visitors won their games. There was no lack of excitement in the last round games. The round ended with loss of the undefeated team, derby games and even winless team recording their first victory.

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Issa Town (0-1) at the home court on Monday night. Hosts were defeated by top-ranked Sitra (2-0) 68-62. Sitra maintains seventh position in League with 2-0 record. Newly promoted Issa Town still closes the standings with one game lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
The game between Top Four teams took place in Nuwaidrat. 4th ranked host Nuwaidrat (1-3) was smashed by third ranked Al Ahli (3-1) 79-59. Al Ahli moved-up to second place in League. Nuwaidrat at the other side keeps the fourth position with three games lost. Al Ahli will play against Al Muharraq (#3) at home in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Nuwaidrat will play against the league's leader Al Manama to get more than just one victory in their record.
Al Ittihad has registered their first victory this season after one consecutive losses. The win is especially important as it came on the road game in Manama, where they defeated Samaheej (0-2) 92-76 on Monday. Al Ittihad (1-1) left bottom position moving up to ninth place in League. Samaheej at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with two games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
Premier League top team - Al Manama (4-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked Al Hala (1-3) in Muharraq 98-76. Defending champion maintains first position in League with 4-0 record. Al Hala at the other side keeps the fifth place with three games lost. Al Manama's next round opponent will be Nuwaidrat (#4) at home. Al Hala will play against Al Najma in Manama and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
