Premier League top team - Muharraq (6-0) had no problems winning another game on Thursday. This time they crushed ninth ranked Al Ittihad (1-5) in Manama 88-50. Undefeated Muharraq have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 6-0 record, which they share with Al Hala. Al Ittihad at the other side keeps the ninth place with five games lost. They share the position with Nuwaidrat. Muharraq is looking forward to face Issa Town (#4) at home in the next round. Al Ittihad will play against the league's second-placed Al Hala (#2) in Muharraq and is hoping to prove to their fans that this time they can win.
Bottom-ranked Al Najma is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their sixth consecutive match to fifth ranked Sitra (4-2) 63-57. Sitra moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Issa Town and Al Manama. Al Najma at the other side still closes the standings with six games lost. They share the position with Samaheej. Sitra will play against Nuwaidrat (#10) at home in the next round where they are favorite. Al Najma will play against Al Ahli in Manama and hopes to get finally their first victory.

Al Manama will meet at home Bahrain Club (#8) in the next round. Samaheej will play against Hidd (#7) and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
The game in Manama supposed to be also worth to mention about. Top-ranked Al Hala (6-0) played at the court of 8th ranked Bahrain Club (2-4). Al Hala smashed Bahrain Club 75-48. Undefeated Al Hala have an impressive six-game winning streak. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Muharraq. Bahrain Club at the other side keeps the eighth place with four games lost. Al Hala's next round opponent will be Al Ittihad (#9) in Manama and are hoping to win another game. Bahrain Club will play on the road against Al Manama and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last two games of round 6 Hidd was smashed by Al Ahli on the road 75-50. Nuwaidrat lost to Issa Town on its own court 63-70.


Al Ahli - Hidd 75-50

No shocking result in a game when third ranked Al Ahli (5-1) crushed 7th ranked Hidd (3-3) in Manama 75-50. Al Ahli maintains third position with 5-1 record behind leader Muharraq. Newly promoted Hidd keeps the seventh place with three games lost. Al Ahli's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Manama Al Najma.

Nuwaidrat - Issa Town 63-70

Very expected game when 9th ranked Nuwaidrat (1-5) lost at home to fourth ranked Issa Town (4-2) 70-63. Issa Town have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 4-2 record, which they share with Al Manama and Sitra. Nuwaidrat at the other side keeps the ninth place with five games lost. Issa Town's next round opponent will be league's leader Muharraq in Al Muharraq and it may be the game of the week. Nuwaidrat will play on the road against Sitra (#5).
