In the second round of Bahrain Clubi basketball league, Al Muharraq clobbers Samaheej with a big different after finishing the game with result 111-28. In the same day Al Al Najma narrowly was defeated by Hidd club 88-78. Hidd achieves his first victory in second round after being 13 years away from the Bahrain Clubi basketball league.

Sitra Club did not find any problem in defeating Al Ittihad club in low score game 60-44 for Sitra Club. After a great effort from Bahrain Club club against Al Ahli Al Manama, Coach Aqeel Meelad with his big experience he win the game with the result 70-59 against Bahrain Club club.

Although after three of Al Manama key players went on a strike, stopped playing with the team, Al Manama win the second match against Nuwaidrat by the result 83-66 with the Newcomer coach Toni Vujanic .

Those 3 key players, Mohammed Husain, Ahmed Aziz (90) and Hassan Nawrooz went on a strike before the opening match and failed to play the first game for Al Manama against Al Najma which is finished with the score 93-66 for Al Manama. The strike for those three national team players with Al Manama is because of financial disputes. They stop attending the training sessions with the team without a previous warning. The management of Al Manama club has provided them previously with all what they need financially and morally. But they are greedily demanding for more money after Al Manama signing with GCC best power forward Mohammed Qurban (187-F-87) from Al Ahli Manama -who obviously left his touches in the game against Nuwaidrat-. Despite to this critical shortfall in Al Manama, The available young players covered the short and played with Greater enthusiasm and zeal.

Al Hala against Issa Town club was close game and tough enough; Al Hala with their experienced coach Ahmed Salman took the lead and finished the game by wining against Issa Town 84-67 in forth quarter.
