Asian Games Draw ceremony was held in Guangzhou, China. The mens section drew as many as 17 teams, while 7 womens teams are planning to participate. The competition is scheduled to tip off on November 12.

Men's Draw Results:
Qualifying Round (Nine teams will start the tournament at the Qualifying Round):
Group A
North Korea, Hong Kong, Kuwait

Group B
Philippines, Saudi Arabia

Group C
Mongolia, Turkmenistan

Group D
Afganistan, India

Preliminary Round (Four teams from each group will advance into Quarterfinals):
