Tunisia's DS Grombalia were eliminated by Morocco's AS Sale 69-73 at a quarter-final game of the Arab Club Basketball Championship played Thursday afternoon in Sousse. AS Sale will play at the semi-final Qatar's Al Gharafa who had booked their ticket after a win over Egypt's SC Alexandria 76-62. The two other quarter-final games are Etoile du Sahel against Saudi Al Fath and Algeria's GS Petroliers against Iraq's Al Minaa later in the evening. The semi-finals are scheduled for Saturday, November 19 and the finals for Sunday, November 20.

Lebanese side Homenetmen claimed the 30th Arab Clubs Basketball Championship, after beating hosting side from Morocco AS Sale 99-98 in the Moroccan city of Sale on Thursday. Moroccan team AS Sale and Lebanese side Homenetmen booked their tickets to the final of the 30th Arab Clubs Basketball Championship in the Moroccan city of Sale on Tuesday.
