Riyadi wins the Arab title & Ismail Ahmed holds the MVP trophy - May 17, 2010 

Riyadi (LEB) crushed Muttahed (LEB) in a pure Lebanese final 93-73, Riyadi made an easy win over Muttahed players who seemed satisfied with reaching the final through ITTHAD (EGY) . however, Itthad went 3rd after an easy win over Kuwait (KUW) to hold at least the bronze medal .Ismail Ahmed itthad (EGY) got the MVP ,Abdulla EL Saraf (Kuw) got the best scorer,Rony Fahd was the best 3 pointer,Chuancy liesle ( Shargha) was the best import.

Al Riyadi triumph at the Arabian Clubs Championship 2010 - May. 17, 2010 

Al Riyadi triumph at the Arabian Clubs Championship 2010 as the team won another Lebanese team in the Final of the tournament. Al Riyadi was too good for Moutahed 93:73 to lift up the trophy. They started with 23-19 in the opening quarter and added 28-23 in the second frame. The winners also won the third quarter and celebrated the victory in the whole game. Al Riyadi defended their title as they won over Sagesse 60:49.
In the game for the third place El Ettehad El Sakandary from Egypt beat AlKuwait SC 105:91.


Al Riyadi and Moutahed are in the Final  - May. 15, 2010 

Al Riyadi and Moutahed are in the Final of the Arab Club Championship 2010. Al Riyadi rolled over Al Kuwait 100:97 to clinch the final spot at the Arab Club Championship. It was a real thriller with two great teams that both deserve the Final. The team from Lebanon won the opening quarter 31:25 and enjoyed even 10-point lead at the halftime. Kuwait responded with 27-18 in the third period and could reduce only to 100:97 at the end.
Moutahed edged Al Ittihad 86:83 in overtime in one of the best games of the Arab Club Championships. In the first quarter the team from Lebanon enjoyed 27-22 lead after the first quarter. The team from Egypt reduced to 1-point at the halftime as they produced 21-17 in the second frame. It seemed that the intrigue was over at the end of the third period as the guests had 8-point advantage after 17-10 in the third stanza. Al Ittihad tied it at 74:74 in the last minute of the game to send the teams to overtime. In the extra time Moutahed played better and won 86:83.
Tomorrow in the Final Al Riyadi will face another team from Lebanon Moutahed. In the game for the third place Al Ittihad will play against Al Kuwait. The first game will start at 16.00 and then the Final will be at 18.00 local time.



Group 1: Mouttahed and kuwait in semi final - May. 12, 2010 
In day 22 important games were hold in group 1 and 2 from which 2 teams will be part of the semifinalMouttahed Tripoli made a historical moment by passing to the semifinal for the first time in his history, in addition to Kuwait kuwaity which qualified too
In game 1 Kuwait achieved an important win by 20 points (Q1 23-34,Q2 43-51,Q3 63-70,Q4 75 95), abdalla nejm was Kuwaits best scorer with 29 pts, andre pitts added 22 pts and Ira klark 17 pts 9 rebounds , from Muharraqs side Lamon Morry was the best with 27 pts.
In game 2, Mouttahed Lebanon grabbed the win and made history by being in the semi for the first timethe game was very close till the last quarterand mouttahed got the win by 11 (Q1 18-24,Q2 40-44,Q3 49-56,Q4 70-81), the best scorer for the winner was Darren Kelly with 35 points followed by mika brand with 14 and from Tunis Jamarr Hardy was the best with 17 pts


Day 1 quarter final :four victories for Kuwait, Al Moutahed Al Riyadi and Al itthad - May. 11, 2010 
New level of competetion and tough games started today with day 1 of the quarter final and the top eight clubs in the arab club champioship hosted by Itthad at Alexandria, the score of each game is really unexpected the four games of the first day had ended with four wins for Kuwait, Al Moutahed Al Riyadi and Al itthad ,

Quarter final..Group 1 : difficult win for kuwait and easy 1 for Mouttahed - May. 11, 2010 

Second round started with very tough game Kuwait kuwaity against etoile du sahl tunis and kuwait grabs the win in the last seconds by 1 point (87-86)
Start of the game was for tunisian team first quarter finished by 6 points for them (23-17) in the second Kuwait controlled the game and get the lead by 1 point 40-39 and again like the start of the game tunis got the lead by 4 pts and in the last quarter experience of Kuwait team gave them the win by 1 point 87-86
From Kuwait Abdalla Nejm had a good game with 21 pts and 3 rbds and Ira Klarck and Jovo Stanojevic added both of them 20 pts
As for Etoile du sahl Tunis Jamarr Hardy was the best with 24 points added 3 assists 4 steals and 6 rebounds and saleh al magry and omar al mouhely added both of them 14 points

And in second game Mouttahed Lebanon made an easy win against Muharraq Bahrain by 35 points (66-101)
From the first minute, coach Tony Vujanic players get the lead and finished the first quarter Lebanese by 7 points (22-29) and second quarter finished for Lebanon with a lead of 23 point (37-60) and the third finished 49-79 and mouttahed finished the game by a big lead and with final score 66-101
All players in mouttahed played and showed a high level of basketball starting with Rony fahed 23 points 8 assists and 5 rebounds,Darren Kelly 18 pts 7 assists and mika brand 16 pts 10 rebounds Mohamed akkary 14 pts William byrd 8 pts 5 rebounds and Mohamed Fahes Bassel Bawji Jad Bitar all of them with 4 points.
As for Muharraq ali abbas was the best with 15 pts and lamon morry added 11 pts.

Day four in the Arab clubs champion ship held at Alexandria arena starts today with four games from group C and D and the results were as follows :

First game: Al Kuwait SC (Kuwait) win over Al Maktaba (Sudan) 125 / 87
Second game: Etoile du Sahel win over Ittihad de Tanger 81 / 69
Third game: Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut (Lebanon) win over Al Gharrafah (Qatar) 102/95
Game Four: Al Ansar (KSA) win over Al Ahli (Oman) 78/58

Second game:Al Moutahed Tripoli Lebanon win over Ibdaa Palastine 90/85

After these Games Ittihad Alexandria and Al Muharraq Bahrain gurantee to be in the finals representing B and for Group A Al Moutahed Tripoli gurantee wil still Ibdaa and Sharjah United Arab Emirates fight to go to the finals
