Al Riyadi Defeats BC Haskovo in the Samsun 1st International Women Tournament - Lebanon - 4 days ago
Al Riyadi women basketball team just defeated the Bulgarian team, BC Haskovo, during the Samsun 1st International Women Tournament that is being held in Turkey. Our women were able to win in an overtime scoring 88 points against 84 from the Bulgarian team. This was their third game and their first win in this International tournament. Gold Medal for Perlas Pilipinas as they swept the SEABA Women's Championship - Philippines - 4 days ago
Perlas Pilipinas defeated Thailand, 72-52 to sweep the 2016 SEABA Championship for Women held in Malacca City, Malaysia. Allana Lim (175-F-88) led Philippines with 15 points as they are unbeaten in 6 games to capture the SEABA Women's Title. Afril Bernardino (165-G-91) with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Janine Pontejos contributed 9 points and 5 rebounds while Camille Sambile(177-F-92) scored 8 points in their final game. Philippines outrebounded Thailand, 49-39. Congratulations to Coach Pat...

Malaysia record three straight wins at 9th SEABA Championship - Malaysia - 7 days ago
Malaysia won three in a row at the 9th SEABA Women Championship. At first Malaysia beat Vietnam 113-55. In their second match of the 2016 SEABA Women's Championships, Malaysia outscored Indonesia, 74-31.Fook Yee Yap (174-F-93) and Ky Lie Hiew (178-C-98) were the top scorers of the team, scoring 13 and 12 points respectively. In game 3 Malaysia overpowered Singapore, 76-47. Hui Pin Pang(176-F-90) top-scored for then winners with 15 points and Fook Yee Yap added 12.
