Group A Lithuania - Greece 85-70 Lithuania edged Greek side 85:70 to win Group A at the FIBA U19 World Championship. An outstanding performance by Donatas Motiejunas (213-C-90, agency: Interperformances) was too good for the opponents that also finished with 2-1 record but on the third place. Beaten on defense and on rebounding in the series opener, San Miguel Beer turned the tables on Barangay Ginebra Friday, pulling even in the second game of the Motolite PBA Fiesta Conference best-of-seven finale at the Araneta Coliseum.
